Staying for a business trip was mostly pleasant. The deluxe suite was spacious and perfect for our needs, and we particularly enjoyed the fantastic breakfast buffet. The variety was impressive, with tasty options like noodles, omelets, and pancakes each morning. However, we did experience some interruptions from housekeeping that made us uncomfortable. It was surprising to be accused of taking items from the minibar when we hadn’t, especially since it seemed related to the staff entering our room without knocking. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

Just a decent option for a fleeting pause in Lusaka with very good value for money. The rooftop bar had a stunning view during sunset that was truly memorable. Make sure to check out the breakfast options—they have plenty to choose from.

Unexpected challenges with room comforts

The lobby offers a welcoming ambiance, where the staff exceeded expectations with their friendliness. My Executive Twin Suite was spacious and well-equipped, making it a comfortable base for my stay.

Unfortunately, my nights were disrupted by noise from disco events in the hotel. It was challenging to find a resolution, but the manager eventually accommodated my request for a quieter room.

What a fantastic stay at Neelkanth Sarovar Premiere! The spacious Deluxe Suite felt like a home away from home, complete with a kitchen and even a washing machine. The breakfast buffet was a delight, featuring a plethora of options like noodles, omelets, and pancakes that made each morning something to look forward to. The location near Manda Hill Mall is perfect for shopping and dining, making it a convenient choice for both leisure and business travelers.

The location is superb, with a large shopping mall nearby, making it easy to grab anything needed. The rooftop bar offers great views, and the breakfast featured delightful options like vegan pizza. However, the service varied. while some staff were welcoming, a few displayed indifference, affecting the overall experience. The elevator service was frustratingly slow at times, further detracting from the stay.

Unfortunately, the elevator service was slow at times, which made getting to our rooms quite frustrating.

The location is fabulous, right next to a mall! The room was spacious and comfy, making me feel right at home. Plus, the check-in was a breeze, thanks to the lovely staff.

But darling, the elevator was slower than my morning coffee routine! I nearly made friends with the buttons waiting.
